We are developing three products concurrently

• FastRig – an autonomous, lightweight wingsail for easy install and deinstall

• FastRoute – weather routing system to predict and optimise FastRigs

• FastReach – a customer proposition providing seamless, frictionless access to FastRigs via a bespoke software platform

• Build excellent relationships with existing internal / external contractors.

• Identify, create, and manage project timelines, budgets and risks.

• Communicate project needs with contractors and all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones through organising and managing regular project meetings.

• Build relationships with range of manufacturers in preparation for global scale and roll out.

• Develop documentation to ensure scalability and repeatability.

• Supply manufacturers with sufficient material to supply reliable costing.

• Input to creation of costed production plan.

• Current projects include first commercial installation and development of production scale and roll out plan.

• Reports to CFO.

• Occasional travel required.

• Hybrid role based in central belt of Scotland, with offices in Glasgow.

• Motivated to use extensive experience managing projects from start-to-finish to tackle climate emergency.

• Comfortable making decisions and working in a dynamic, start-up environment.

• Motivated to be part of a growth journey.

• Strong engineering capability.

• Extensive experience of project management in an engineering industry.

• Proven track record of timely, on-budget management of multi-million-pound projects.

• Competent use of MS Project with ability to generate thorough project plans.

• Strong communication skills & highly organised.

• Passion for developing disruptive technology.

• Understanding of how our projects fit into wider strategic goals.

• Experience in shipping a significant advantage.
